摘 要:探讨情景模拟教学法在急诊实习医生医患沟通能力培训中的应用效果。选取2021—2023年在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院急诊科轮转的实习医生45名作为研究对象。将研究对象随机分成两组,对照组采用传统的课堂授课教学,实验组采用情景模拟教学法。采用利物浦医师沟通能力评价量表(LCSAS)比较培训前后考核得分差异,并调查实习医生对情景模拟教学法的认可程度。通过LCSAS评分可知,实验组LCSAS评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。实验组在提高沟通能力、课程满意度、授课方法新颖生动、促进临床思维能力、增强职业自信、反思引导方式满意程度等方面均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。由此可知,与传统授课法相比,情景模拟教学方法能有效提高急诊科实习医生的医患沟通能力。To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method in the training of emergency interns’doctor-patient communication ability,forty-five interns who rotated in the emergency department of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were selected as the research subjects from 2021 to 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was taught in the traditional classroom and the experimental group adopted the situational simulation teaching method.The Liverpool Physician Communication Ability Assessment Scale(LCSAS)was used to compare the differences in assessment scores before and after training,and to investigate the degree of recognition of interns on the scenario simulation teaching method.The LCSAS scores of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group after training,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The score of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of course satisfaction,novel and vivid teaching methods,promotion of clinical thinking ability,improvement of communication ability,enhancement of professional selfconfidence,and satisfaction with reflection and guidance methods(p<0.05).Compared with the traditional teaching method,the scenario simulation teaching method can effectively improve the emergency department interns’doctor-patient communication ability.
