摘 要:为了解乡村教师道德情感的现状,探究道德情感对乡村教师工作满意度的影响,采用教师道德情感量表和工作满意度量表对361名乡村教师进行问卷调查。结果显示,乡村女教师的道德情感及其关爱感、自豪感均显著高于男教师,初级和中级职称教师的关爱感均显著高于高级职称教师,乡村小学教师的道德情感及其关爱感、自豪感均显著高于初中教师和高中教师。乡村教师道德情感对工作满意度具有显著的正向预测作用,对提升乡村教师工作满意度具有指导意义。In order to understand the current situation of moral emotion among rural teachers and explore the impact of moral emotion on their job satisfaction,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 361 rural teachers using the Teacher Moral Emotion Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale.The results showed that the moral emotions,care,and pride of rural female teachers were significantly higher than those of male teachers,the care of rural teachers with primary and intermediate professional titles was significantly higher than those of teachers with senior titles,and the moral emotions,care,and pride of rural primary school teachers were significantly higher than those of junior and senior high school teachers.The moral emotions of rural teachers have a significant positive predictive effect on job satisfaction,which has guiding significance for improving the job satisfaction of rural teachers.
