摘　　要：专精特新企业数字化转型是企业提升自身竞争力的重要途径。本文基于TOE理论,从复杂因果效应视角,采用实证回归与fsQCA混合研究方法,探寻影响专精特新企业数字化转型的显著关键因素及组态路径,并提炼相应的转型路径。研究结果表明:(1)技术、组织、环境三个层面的五个因素均对专精特新企业数字化转型具有显著影响;(2)存在5条专精特新企业数字化转型的组态路径,通过聚类分析,可将其归纳为强数字技术拉动型、强组织学习模仿型、技术-组织-环境协调型。本研究尝试从复杂因果效应视角分析专精特新企业数字化转型的显著关键因素及前因组态,不仅扩充了专精特新企业及数字化转型的现有研究,也为专精特新企业数字化转型实践提供了参考。Digital transformation of SRDI enterprises is an important way to enhance competitiveness.Based on the TOE theoretical framework,this paper adopts a mixed research method of empirical regression and fsQCA from the perspective of complex causal effects to explore the significant key factors and grouping paths affecting the digital transformation of SRDI enterprises,and to refine the corresponding transformation paths.The results of the study show that(1)all five factors at the levels of technology,organisation and environment have a significant impact on the digital transformation of SRDI enterprises;(2)there exist five group paths of digital transformation of SRDI enterprises,which can be categorised as strong digital technology pulling,strong organisational learning imitation and technology-organisation-environment co-ordination through clustering analysis.This study attempts to analyse the significant key factors and antecedent grouping patterns of digital transformation of SRDI enterprises from the perspective of complex causal effects,which not only expands the existing research on SRDI enterprises,but also provides practical references for the digital transformation practice of SRDI enterprises.
