摘 要:为探讨一款胶原蛋白肽饮品对人体皮肤的作用,对32名受试者进行为期56 d的试食试验,采用自身对照法,分别在试食0, 28和56 d后测试受试者的皮肤状态,并同步进行专家评估和受试者自我评估。试食56 d后,受试者皮肤平均灰度MGL值显著降低25.75%。皮肤经表皮失水率显著降低11.67%,红色素含量显著降低5.57%,黑色素含量显著降低8.78%。外眼角皮肤皱纹体积显著降低16.01%,眼下皮肤皱纹体积显著降低21.80%,鼻唇沟皮肤皱纹体积显著降低16.26%。皮肤紧致F4显著降低20.46%,皮肤弹性R7显著增加10.45%。专家评估和受试者自我评估结果表明,下眼纹、鱼尾纹和法令纹评分显著降低。该胶原蛋白肽饮品在保湿、修护、抗皱及紧致人体皮肤方面具有改善作用。To study the improvement of a collagen peptide beverage on human skin,a 56 day trial was conducted on 32 subjects,using the self-control method to assess the skin condition of the subjects after 0,28 and 56 days of the trial,with simultaneous expert assessment and subject self-assessment.Instrumental measurements showed that after 56 days of consumption,the average skin grayscale(MGL)values decreased significantly by 25.75%,respectively.Transepidermal water loss rates of the skin decreased by 11.67%,hemoglobin content decreased by 5.57%,and melanin content decreased by 8.78%.Additionally,the volume of crow's feet decreased significantly by 16.01%,under-eye wrinkles decreased by 21.80%,and the volume of nasolabial fold wrinkles decreased by 16.26%.Skin firmness(F4)decreased by 20.46%,while skin elasticity(R)increased by 10.45%.Expert evaluations and self-assessments indicated significant reductions in under-eye wrinkle scores,crow's feet scores and nasolabial fold scores.Overall,the collagen peptide beverage demonstrated significant improvements in skin hydration,repair,wrinkle reduction,and firmness.
