摘　　要：食品科学与工程专业对于研究生的培养目标是培养具有社会责任感、职业道德和创新能力的人才,要求学生掌握专业知识并能解决工程问题。外部质量保障体系是在保证学校内部培养的基础上提升研究生教育质量的关键,涉及政府、社会、企业等多方参与,注重评估与监督。该体系强调与食品工业实际需求相结合,通过合作与实践机会提高学生解决实际问题的能力。同时,教育机构间合作与交流被鼓励,以提升教育水平和国际竞争力。体系通过评估与认证促进教育机构自我完善,注重学生综合能力培养,确保教育质量持续发展。Food Science and Engineering aims to cultivate talents with social responsibility,professional ethics and innovation ability,which requires students to master professional knowledge and to solve engineering problems.The external quality assurance system is the key to improve the quality of graduate education,which involves the participation of the government,society and enterprises,and pays attention to evaluation and supervision.The system emphasizes the combination with the practical needs of the food industry and improving students'ability to solve practical problems through cooperation and practical opportunities.At the same time,the cooperation and exchanges between educational institutions are encouraged to enhance the educational level and international competitiveness.The system promotes the self-improvement of educational institutions through evaluation and certification,pays attention to the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability,and ensures the sustainable development of education quality.
