摘　　要：食用菌蛋白肽其独特的分子结构使其在抗氧化、调节免疫、抗菌、降血压等方面发挥了独特的功能,从而在食品加工、医药加工方面有较好的应用效果。研究对食用菌蛋白肽的生物活性与应用现状进行了综述,并对食用菌蛋白肽的生物活性与应用前景进行了展望。The peptide from edible mushrooms is usually used in the culinary and pharmaceutical industries.The peptide from edible mushrooms had beneficial effects in hypotensive,regulating the immune system,antioxidant,and antibacterial activity.This research might provide an overview of the bioactivity and its applications of the peptide from edible mushrooms.And the further development of the peptide from edible mushrooms was prospected in this research.
