摘　　要：针对农产品质量检测技术课程在教学中面临的内容繁多、课时不足、教学形式和考核评价方式单一等问题,我校依据课程特性和学校实际情况,从优化教学内容、教学手段完善、实践体系构建等方面探讨农产品质量检测技术的课程教学改革。所提出的改革措施旨在丰富学生的理论知识,提升操作技能,培养创新能力,从而增强学生的实践操作能力及解决实际问题的能力。研究成果对农产品质量检测技术课程的改革具有重要的借鉴价值。In response to the problems faced by the course of agricultural product quality testing technology in teaching,such as excessive content,insufficient class hours,single teaching forms and assessment methods,explore the teaching reform of agricultural product quality testing technology from the aspects of optimizing teaching content,improving teaching methods,and constructing practical systems based on the characteristics of the course and the actual situation of the school.The proposed reform measures aim to enrich students'theoretical knowledge,to enhance their operational skills,to cultivate their innovative abilities,and thus to enhance their practical operational and problem-solving abilities.The research results have important reference value for the reform of agricultural product quality testing technology courses.
