摘　　要：信息技术与传统课堂融合是当前教育改革的方向之一。信息化技术与传统课堂的深度融合在提升教学质量、激发学生主观能动性、整合优势资源、改进教学评价等方面具有积极作用。在“啤酒酿造工艺学”视角下系统分析了信息技术与传统课堂融合发展现状,提出了两者间融合的具体措施,以期为“啤酒酿造工艺学”的课堂实践提供可参考的教学策略。The integration of information technology and traditional classroom is one of the directions of current education reform.The deep integration of information technology and traditional classroom plays a positive role in improving teaching quality,stimulating students'subjective initiative,integrating superior resources,and improving teaching evaluation.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of the integration of information technology and traditional classroom from the perspective of"Beer Brewing Technology",and puts forward the concrete measures of the integration of the two,in order to provide reference teaching strategies for the classroom practice of"Beer Brewing Technology".
