摘  要:课程思政是高校课堂教学改革的重要理念,也是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。专业课教师作为高校教学的中流砥柱,对课程思政的实施有着不可推卸的责任。文章以“食品卫生学”课程为例,深入挖掘课程中蕴含的思政元素,转变教学理念以及课堂教学方法,结合课程思政育人效果评价,总结了在课程思政建设方面的探索和实践,达到“三全育人”的根本目标。Curriculum ideological and political education is an important concept in the reform of classroom teaching in universities,and it is also an important way to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.As the backbone of university teaching,professional course teachers have an inescapable responsibility for the implementation of ideological and political education in the curriculum.This article takes the"Food Hygiene"course as an example to deeply explore the ideological and political elements contained in the course,transform teaching concepts and classroom teaching methods,and summarizes the exploration and practice in the construction of ideological and political education in the course,combined with the evaluation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the course,in order to achieve the fundamental goal of"three comprehensive education"
