摘 要:新时代高等工程教育坚持以学生为主体,聚焦于经济社会对学生需求的能力培养上。“食品工厂设计”是国家级一流本科建设专业“食品质量与安全”的必修课程,教学团队根据中国计量大学的办学定位,深入研究本专业的培养目标,深入提炼课程内容中蕴含的育人元素、研究教学环节的思政融入方式、改革以学生为中心的教学方法、构建多元化的课程评价体系,启发学生对食品学科与产业发展的思考。Faced with new requirements for knowledge,abilities,and qualities in the new era and industries,higher engineering education focuses on the ability cultivation needed by students in society and economy,adhering to the principle of student-centeredness."Food Factory Design"is a required course for the national first-class undergraduate major"Food Quality and Safety."The teaching team,based on the positioning of China Jiliang University,has conducted in-depth research on the training objectives of the Food Quality and Safety major,explored the educational elements contained in the course content,studied the ways to integrate ideological and political education into teaching activities,reformed student-centered teaching methods,and constructed a diversified course evaluation system,which inspired students to think about the development of food science and industry.
