摘　　要：文章以广东省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目——客家菜烹饪技艺为依托,从饮食类非物质文化遗产的角度进行探讨。通过实证研究,深入分析了客家菜烹饪技艺在现代社会中传承与发展的挑战,并全面探讨了其在新时代背景下的传承与发展策略。此研究的目的在于为河源客家烹饪技艺的保护和传承提供学术支持,并为其他饮食类非物质文化遗产的保护与传承提供参考。This paper,based on the provincial intangible cultural heritage project of Guangdongthe culinary skills of Hakka cuisine,discusses from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage of food.Through empirical research,it deeply analyzes the challenges of the inheritance and development of Hakka culinary skills in modern society,and comprehensively explores the strategies for their inheritance and development in the context of the new era.The purpose of this study is to provide academic support for the protection and inheritance of Heyuan Hakka culinary skills,and to provide a reference for the protection and inheritance of other food-related intangible cultural heritages.
