全民终身学习下高校图书馆社会服务模式研究

摘　　要：党的二十大报告中强调“建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国”。构建服务全民终身学习的学习型社会需要多方努力,但公共教育资源相对有限,高校图书馆作为高校的信息文献中心,有丰富的信息资源,要主动为学习者提供学习机会,开放一切有利于学习的场所,使学习者学有其所,为学习者提供优质的教育服务。高校图书馆应积极参与终身学习建设,利用自身资源优势,向社会读者开放,开展社会服务工作,这对于提升馆内资源利用效率、服务地方经济、丰富当地群众文化生活、构建学习型社会等方面具有重要意义。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized"building a learning society and a learning nation that supports lifelong education for all".Building such a society requires collaborative efforts of many stakeholders.Given the limited availability of public educational resources,university libraries,as the information and literature hubs of higher education institutions,have a wealth of information resources.They must proactively provide learning opportunities to the public,open up all learning-friendly spaces,and ensure that learners have access to high-quality educational services.University libraries should actively participate in lifelong learning initiatives,using their resource advantages to serve community readers and expand social service efforts.This approach is important for improving the efficiency of resource use,supporting local economic development,enriching the cultural life of communities,and promoting the building of a learning society.
