摘 要:义务教育课程方案和课程标准(2022年版)的落地实施需要系统推进教学变革,以提高育人质量。然而,新课标背景下的教学变革不同程度地存在教师开展新课标教学的能力不足、教学评价制约核心素养培育、基于新课标的教学变革系统推进难等困境。亟需助力教师转变教学思维、强化新课标教学激励、优化新课标教学培训以疏通堵点;转变社会和家长的观念、改革教学评价管理体系以直击痛点;优化教育资源的均衡配置、构建新课标协同推进机制以攻克难点,才能促进新课标背景下的教学变革顺利开展,推动新课标真正落地。Implementating the Compulsory Education Curriculum Plan and Standards(2022 Edition) requires a systematic advancement of teaching reform to improve the quality of education. However, teaching reform under the new curriculum standards faces various challenges to different degrees, including teachers' insufficient ability to implement the new standards, limitations in the teaching evaluation that restrict the cultivation of core competencies, and difficulties in systematically advancing teaching reform based on the new standards. It is urgent to support teachers in shifting their teaching mindset, strengthen motivation for new curriculum teaching, and optimize training on the new standards to unblock obstacles. Additionally, shifting societal and parental perspectives, reforming the teaching evaluation management system to address key pain points, and optimizing the balanced allocation of education resources, while building a collaborative mechanism to advance the new standards, are essential to ensure the smooth progress of teaching reform and the effective implementation of the new curriculum standards.
