摘 要:针对高速列车齿轮箱振动特性问题,利用3D扫描设备对高速列车齿轮箱箱体进行了逆向三维建模。通过多体动力学仿真软件分别建立了含齿轮箱的整车动力学模型和齿轮箱传动系统刚柔耦合仿真模型,通过整车动力学仿真得到了箱体在轨道谱激励下的载荷特征,并将其与齿轮箱传动系统耦合模型相联立,对箱体在内外激励下的振动特性进行了分析,获得了上箱体小齿轮上端与下箱体底部振动位移及加速度较大,上箱体大齿轮附近振动位移及振动加速度相对较小等规律,并与实验数据进行了对比,验证了模型可靠性。Aiming at the problem of the vibration characteristics of high-speed EMU gearboxes,3D scanning equipment was used to carry out a reverse three-dimensional modeling of the high-speed train gearboxes.Through the multi-body dynamics simulation software,the vehicle dynamics model with the gearbox and the rigid-flexible coupling simulation model of the gearbox transmission were respectively established.Through the vehicle dynamics simulation,the load characteristics of the box under the excitation of the track spectrum were obtained,and the It is linked with the coupling model of the gearbox transmission system.The vibration characteristics of the box under internal and external excitations are analyzed,and the vibration displacement and acceleration of the upper end of the pinion of the upper box and the bottom of the lower box are large,and the upper box is large.The vibration displacement and vibration acceleration near the gear are relatively small,and compared with the experimental data,the reliability of the model is verified.
