摘  要:劳动素养评价能够诊断当前大学生劳动素养发展总体状况及差异,发现大学生劳动素养存在的问题,评价结果可为建构新时代高校正确育人导向、改进政府相关决策、高校劳动教育及学生自我提升劳动素养提供依据及建议。本研究以建构大学生劳动素养评价指标体系为着力点,运用内容分析法、德尔菲法获得了大学生劳动素养评价指标体系,包括5个一级维度及16个二级指标,建立了劳动素养测评实证模型。研究测评了704名本科生劳动素养水平,验证了素养测评模型的有效性。结果显示:大学生劳动素养状况接近良好水平,但劳动技能和劳动行为有一定缺失,且不同群体内部劳动素养结构具有差异性。据此,本研究从改进高校劳动教育视角,提出培养学生劳动素养要坚持以“具身”为逻辑起点,使其成为一种“指向具身的劳动教育样态”。The evaluation of labor literacy can diagnose the overall development status and disparities in current college students' labor literacy,identify existing problems,and provide evidence and recommendations for constructing the correct educational orientations for colleges in the new era,improving government decision-making,enhancing university labor education,and promoting self-improvement in students' labor literacy.This study focuses on building an evaluation index system for college students' labor literacy,utilizing content analysis and the Delphi method to obtain a labor literacy evaluation framework consisting of five primary dimensions and 16 secondary indicators,thus establishing a practical model for labor literacy assessment.The study evaluated the labor literacy levels of 704 undergraduate students,validating the effectiveness of the literacy assessment model.The results revealed that college students' labor literacy is approaching a high level,yet there are deficiencies in labor skills and labor behaviors,with variations in the structure of labor literacy across different groups.Based on these findings,this study proposes from the perspective of improving university labor education that cultivating students' labor literacy should start from an“embodied”logical point,transforming it into an“embodiment-oriented labor education model”.
