摘 要:中高职一体化教师教学创新团队是跨校与跨界融合的新型教学组织,是助推中高职一体化内涵建设,深化职业教育教学改革,提升长学制育人绩效的关键所在。基于资源编排理论,在“资源结构化—资源能力化—资源杠杆化”框架下,解构中高职一体化教师教学创新团队建设的逻辑。在此基础上,提出中高职一体化教师教学创新团队建设路径:基于“集成式”资源构建,形成团队建设资源池;通过内外资源异构,激活“双核”协同效应;构筑“高能”协作平台,提升团队创新能力;明确资源行动策略,释放创新团队价值。Integrated teaching innovation teams for secondary and higher vocational education are a novel instructional organization that integrates across schools and fields.They are key to promoting the connotative construction of the integration of secondary and higher vocational education,deepening the teaching reform of vocational education,and enhancing the performance of long-term education.Based on resource orchestration theory,this paper deconstructs the construction logic of the integrated teaching innovation teams within the framework of“resource structuring-resource empowering-resource leveraging”.Based on this,the study proposes paths for constructing such teams,which involves forming a “comprehensive” resource pool for team building;activating the“dual-core”synergy effect through the heterogeneity of internal and external resources;establishing a“high-powered”collaboration platform to enhance the teams' innovation capabilities;and clarifying the resource action strategies to unleash the value of the innovation teams.
