摘  要:在当前职业院校的课堂教学中,学习动力不足已成为制约学生有效学习的关键问题。学习动机作为学习行为的起点,对学生是否能持续投入热情以完成高效学习起着决定性作用。为探索新时代课堂教学的变革创新,融通专业课程和职业能力,借助弗鲁姆期望理论,设计系列激发学习动机的课堂教学策略。注重教学实施的激励性,强调提升学生自我效能感、树立正向价值观、培育职业精神,以期为提升职业院校学生的学习动力提供科学指导。In the current classroom teaching of vocational institutions,insufficient learning motivation has become a critical issue hindering effective student learning.As the starting point of learning behavior,learning motivation plays a decisive role in whether students can sustain their enthusiasm to achieve efficient learning.To explore the transformation and innovation of classroom teaching in the new era,this study integrates professional courses and vocational competencies,leveraging Vroom’s Expectancy Theory to design a series of classroom teaching strategies aimed at stimulating learning motivation.The strategies emphasize the motivational aspects of teaching implementation,focusing on enhancing students’self-efficacy,fostering positive values,and cultivating professional spirit,thereby providing scientific guidance for improving the learning motivation of vocational students.
