同伴教学在临床微生物检验实习带教中的应用研究

摘  要:目的 探讨同伴教学模式在临床微生物检验实习带教的应用,提高实习带教质量。方法 2021年6月至2023年6月,选取南京医科大学医学检验技术专业2019级实习生作为试验组(n=34)进行同伴教学,2018级实习生作为对照组(n=37)进行传统教学,比较2组实习生出科考试成绩和教学满意度。结果 试验组实习生出科总成绩为(90.8±4.6)分,高于对照组的(80.3±6.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。其中,试验组实习生专业技能考核和综合素质考核成绩分别为(48.3±1.2)分和(42.5±4.4)分,高于对照组的(46.4±1.8)分和(34.0±6.3)分,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.001)。2组实习生对带教教师的带教态度、专业水平以及带教内容的满意度均高于80%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。试验组实习生对教学效果的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 同伴教学模式不仅可以促进实习生专业技能的提升,对学生综合素质的培养也有积极的作用,实习生对同伴教学方式满意度较高。该教学模式在提高临床微生物检验实习带教效果中具有积极的作用。Objective This study aims to explore the application of peer teaching models in the clinical microbiology laboratory internship,with the goal of improving the quality of internship supervision.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,interns from the 2019 cohort of the Medical Laboratory Technology program at Nanjing Medical University were selected as the experimental group(n=34)and received peer teaching,while the 2018 cohort served as the control group(n=37)and underwent traditional teaching.The final examination scores and teaching satisfaction levels of both groups were compared.Results The overall examination score of the experimental group was(90.8±4.6),significantly higher than the control group's(80.3±6.4)(P<0.001).Specifically,the experimental group's scores for professional skills and comprehensive quality assessments were(48.3±1.2)and(42.5±4.4),respectively,both significantly higher than the control group's(46.4±1.8)and(34.0±6.3)(P<0.001).Both groups expressed satisfaction levels over 80%regarding the teaching attitude,professional competence,and content of the supervising teachers,with no significant difference(P>0.05).However,the experimental group's satisfaction with the teaching effectiveness was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The peer teaching model not only enhances interns'professional skills but also positively contributes to the development of their overall competencies.Interns expressed a high level of satisfaction with the peer teaching approach.This teaching model plays a positive role in improving the effectiveness of clinical microbiology laboratory internships.
