新质生产力视域下高职院校“双师型”教师队伍高质量发展研究

摘  要:新质生产力对高职院校“双师型”教师队伍高质量发展提出了全新的要求。一方面,要求教师的教学创新能力与时俱进,能够熟练运用新知识、新技术;实践水平与产业发展同步,切实适应新工艺、新流程;具备推动产教深度融合互动的能力,精准对接新产业、新业态。另一方面,“双师型”教师还需拥有开放合作意识,能够迅速适应并融入校企协同的新格局、新模式。然而,当前高职院校“双师型”教师队伍发展陷入诸多现实困境:制度保障体系与新质生产力的发展要求不匹配,难以提供有力支撑;教师队伍的能力素养滞后于新质生产力的发展需求,存在明显短板;教师评价机制与新质生产力的导向脱节,缺乏引导效力;教师职业发展通道与新质生产力的时代特征不兼容,限制了教师成长。为此,高职院校亟待构建与时俱进的制度生态,打造创新协同的实践体系,创新灵活多元的教师培养模式,拓宽开放包容、多元协同的职业发展通道,以此推动高职院校“双师型”教师队伍迈向高质量发展之路。The new quality productive forces have posed new development requirements for the high-quality development of“dual-qualified”teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.The teachers’teaching innovation abilities must keep pace with the times and they should master the new knowledge and technologies.Their practical skills should be synchronized with the industry development,adapting to the new processes and workflows.They need to achieve a deep integration between the education and industries,effectively connecting with new industries and business formats.They must also possess an open and cooperative mindset to quickly adapt to and integrate into new patterns and models of the school-enterprise collaboration.However,their development still faces several practical challenges:the institutional support system does not align with the development requirements of new quality productive forces;Their capabilities do not meet the development needs of new quality productive forces;Their evaluation mechanism is not coordinated with the orientation of new quality productive forces;their career development channels do not match the characteristics of the new quality productive forces era.To achieve their high-quality development,it is necessary to reshape an up-to-date institutional ecology,build an innovative and collaborative practical system,innovate the training models and expand diverse collaborative career development channels.
