摘　　要：目的探讨简易离体猪结肠套叠模型在空气灌肠模拟培训中的应用效果。方法构建一个简易离体猪结肠套叠模型,模拟小儿肠套叠空气灌肠复位的整个程序。参与者包括放射科5名高年资医生和5名住院医师。对模型仿真度、有效性及满意度进行评估,并对比分析参与人员培训前后的自信心差异。结果10名医师参与并完成此项培训,对模型总体仿真度及培训有效性评分为(4.62±0.42)分,随着模拟训练次数增加,参与者操作时间均缩短,空气灌肠复位压力、摄片幅数、透视辐射DAP均降低(P<0.05)。住院医师在培训前、后自信心评估得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论简易离体猪结肠套叠模型具有较好的仿真度,能够有效提升放射科医师空气灌肠复位操作技能。Objective To explore the application effect of the novel ex vivo porcine model for pediatric intussusception air enema simulation training.Methods A simple ex vivo porcine colonic intussusception model was constructed to simulate the entire procedure of pediatric intussusception air enema reduction.Participants included five senior physicians and five residents in the Radiology Department.The model simulation,effectiveness and satisfaction were assessed,and the difference in participants'self-confidence before and after training was comparatively analyzed.Results Ten physicians participated and completed this training,scoring(4.62±0.42)on the overall model simulation and effectiveness of training,and as the number of simulation training sessions increased,the participants'operating time lengths were all shorter,while the pressure of air enema,the number of film frames taken and the DAP of fluoroscopic radiation were all lower(P<0.05).The difference in residents'self-confidence assessment scores before and after training was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This simple novel ex vivo porcine model has good simulation,and can effectively improve radiology residents'air enema reduction skills.
