摘  要:名师工作室作为教师学习的中国特色,是集中力量办大事的必行之举、办好人民满意的教育的应然之举和传承古今师道的恒常之举,但其促进教师专业资本发展的理论框架亟需构建。鉴于此,基于名师工作室这一教师学习情境及其制度优势提出机会资本,整合并构建了名师工作室促进教师专业资本发展的理论框架,发现名师工作室具有助力成员提升教师专业素养、驱动成员构建专业学习共同体、引导成员生成教师实践智慧和推动成员获得外部合法承认的巨大潜能。The Master Teacher Studio, a distinctive model of teacher learning in China, is a strategic initiative to centralize efforts on significant educational projects, ensure public satisfaction with quality education, and uphold the educational traditions through generations. However, there is an urgent need to develop a theoretical framework that fosters the growth of teachers' professional capital. This paper proposes the concept of ‘opportunity capacities', leveraging the Master Teacher Studio as a learning context and its institutional strengths to construct a theoretical framework for the advancement of teachers' professional capital. The study reveals that the Master Teacher Studio possesses substantial potential to enhance the professional competencies of its members, stimulate the establishment of professional learning communities, guide the development of practical wisdom in teaching, and help members gain legitimate external recognition.
