摘　　要：三七是我国常用的药食同源植物。而三七皂苷是三七的主要活性成分之一,属于四环三萜皂苷,具有抗血栓、保护神经、保护心脏、抗炎、调节肠道菌群、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、调节骨代谢、抗纤维化等多种生物活性,可应用于食品保健及生物医药领域中。本文查阅近年来三七皂苷的公开报道,汇总分析后进行展望,以期明确三七皂苷的结构、生物活性,以便为三七皂苷新产品的开发和应用提供参考依据。Panax notoginseng is a commonly used medicinal and edible plant in China.Panax notoginseng saponin is one of the main active ingredients of Panax notoginseng.It belongs to tetracyclic triterpenoid saponins.It has many biological activities such as anti-thrombus,nerve protection,heart protection,anti-inflammation,regulation of intestinal flora,antioxidation,anti-tumor,regulation of bone metabolism,and anti-fibrosis and other biological activities.It can be applied in the fields of food health care and biomedicine.in food health care and biomedical fields.In this paper,the public reports of Panax notoginseng saponin in recent years are reviewed,summarized and analyzed,in order to clarify the structure and biological activity of Panax notoginseng saponin,so as to provide reference for the development and application of new products of Panax notoginseng saponin.
