摘  要:本文以宁夏民族职业技术学院室内艺术设计专业为例,深入探讨了冠名班模式下的实践教学和校企协同育人策略。该模式通过与企业合作,解决了实践教学中的问题,如理论与实践脱节、课程设置不合理等,提升了人才培养效率。本文提出了构建系统化实践教学体系,优化课程体系,并依托企业资源推进实践教学。同时,通过创新实践平台、团队建设、教材开发等策略,促进学生全面发展。冠名班模式强化了教育的系统性和紧密性,实现了分类培养,满足了学生成长需求,为地方文化创意产业输送了优秀人才。Taking the interior art design major of Ningxia National Vocational and Technical College for Nationalities as an example,this paper deeply discusses the practical teaching and school-enterprise cooperative education strategy under the named class mode.Through the cooperation with enterprises,this mode solves the problems in practical teaching,such as the disconnection between theory and practice,the unreasonable curriculum,etc.,and improves the efficiency of talent training.This paper proposes to build a systematic practical teaching system,optimize the curriculum system,and rely on enterprise resources to promote practical teaching.At the same time,through innovative practice platform,team building,teaching material development and other strategies,to promote students'all-round development.The named class mode strengthens the systematization and closeness of education,realizes the classified training,meets the growth needs of students,and provides excellent talents for the local cultural and creative industry.
