摘 要:目的探讨微课-案例为基础(CBL)教学法在内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择南阳市中心医院2023级内科规培住院医师70名为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用单纯CBL教学模式进行培训,观察组采用微课-CBL教学模式培训,培训6个月后对比两组考核成绩、教学效果、临床思维能力、培训满意度。结果培训6个月后观察组基础理论、技能操作考核成绩均大于对照组(P<0.05);培训6个月后观察组在促进理论知识领悟、调动学习主动性、提升团队合作能力、提升语言表达能力、提升问题分析能力、提高自学能力、提高学习效率、提高学习兴趣等方面提高率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训6个月后,观察组临床思维能力总分为(102.16±9.33)分,大于对照组的(92.32±8.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训6个月后观察组培训总满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科住院医师规范化培训中应用微课-CBL教学法,能提高教学效果、临床思维能力、考核成绩、培训满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of micro-class-evidence-based case-based(CBL)teaching method in the standardized training of internal medicine residents.Methods Seventy residents in the 2023 medical training program at Nanyang Central Hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was trained using the traditional CBL teaching model,while the observation group was trained using the micro-course-CBL teaching model.After six months of training,the two groups were compared in terms of assessment scores,teaching effectiveness,clinical thinking ability,and training satisfaction.Results After 6 months of training,the scores of basic theory and skill operation assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group scores(P<0.05).After 6 months of training,the improvement rates of the observation group in promoting theoretical knowledge comprehension,mobilizing learning initiative,enhancing teamwork ability,improving language expression ability,improving problem analysis ability,improving self-learning ability,improving learning efficiency,and improving learning interest were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of training,the total score of clinical thinking ability in the observation group was(102.16±9.33)scores,which was higher than that in the control group(92.32±8.57)scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of training,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than that in the control group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the micro-class-evidence-based CBL teaching method in the standardized training of internal medicine residents can improve the teaching effect,clinical thinking ability,assessment results and training satisfaction.
