摘 要:思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,关系到中国特色社会主义事业后继有人这一根本问题,必须在改进中加强。高素养教师是实现新时代思政课守正创新的重要支撑力量。从生成逻辑、核心要义和价值意蕴三方面探讨新时代思政课教师素养问题,对新时代背景下提升思政课教师素养,增强思政课实效性和亲和力,培养堪当强国建设、民族复兴重任的时代新人具有重要且深远的现实意义。Ideological and political theory courses are the key courses of cultivating people with morality.It is related to the fundamental issue of having successors in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and must be strengthened in improvement.Teachers are the key to good ideological and political theory courses.To analyze the quality of ideological and political teachers from three aspects of generative logic,core meaning and value implication has important and far-reaching significance for improving the quality of teachers in ideological and political theory course in the new era,enhancing the effectiveness and affinity of ideological and political theory courses,and cultivating good youth of the era who are responsible for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
