摘　　要：职业院校劳动教育课程在实践中还存在着效果“知行异质”、内容“弱育人性”、方法“低适应性”、评价“欠科学性”的问题。要遵循“教育内化”基本规律,从推进教学内容育人性和政治性、提升教学方法针对性和适用性、增强教学评价科学性和系统性、充分发挥教师号召力和感染力等方面,推动“工匠精神”内化于学生之心。It is evident that the labor education courses of vocational institutes continue to be beset by challenges including"heterogeneity of knowledge and action","weak educating nature","low adaptability"and"unscientific"evaluation.In order to address of"education internalization",and to promote the internalization of"craftsmanship spirit"among students.This can be achieved by focusing on the educational and political nature of teaching content,improving the pertinence and applicability of teaching methods,enhancing the scientific and systematic nature of teaching evaluation,and giving full play to the appeal and infectious power of teachers.
