新时代高职院校劳动教育创新途径探析——以天津铁道职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：当前,全社会高度重视劳动教育,高职院校承担着培养大国工匠、能工巧匠的时代责任,劳动教育是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要环节。本文以天津铁道职业技术学院开展的劳动教育为例,针对高职院校劳动教育存在的问题和挑战进行分析,探析新时代高职院校劳动教育的创新途径,以期为职业院校劳动教育提供可借鉴和参考的实践经验。At present,the whole society attaches great importance to labor education,and higher vocational institutes bear the responsibility of cultivating master craftsmen and skilled craftsmen in the era,and labor education is an important link for higher vocational institutes to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.Taking the labor education carried out by Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems and challenges of labor education in higher vocational institutes,and explores the innovative ways of labor education in higher vocational institutes in the new era,with a view to provide practical experience that can be used and referred to for labor education in vocational institutes.
