摘  要:高职教育发展中存在偏重技术技能教育,人文教育动力不足;整体规划不到位,课程设置不均衡;开展人文教育师资力量薄弱,专业教师缺乏知识更新;学生缺乏系统性指引,人文兴趣不足等问题。加强高职人文教育对于满足个人与社会发展需求十分必要,为此应该树立“以人为本”的教育价值观,推动专业教育与人文教育互动融合,开展丰富多样的实践活动,深化职普融通互惠,促进全球教育资源共享,全面提升教师综合素养。At present,in the development of higher vocational education,there are problems such as that the technical skills education is emphasized and the motivation for humanities education is insufficient;overall planning is not in place and the curriculum is not balanced;the teachers'power to carry out humanities education is weak,and the professional teachers lack the knowledge updating;the students lack the systematic guidance and have insufficient interest in the humanities.Strengthening humanities education in higher vocational education is necessary to meet the needs of personal and social development,and in order to do so,we should establish the educational value of"people-oriented",promote the interactive integration of professional education and humanities education,carry out rich and diversified practical activities,deepen the integration and mutual benefit of general education and vocational education,promote the sharing of global educational resources,and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of teachers.
