民族地区小学教师专业发展的有效路径——基于新疆喀什地区的调查

摘  要:将民族地区小学教师的专业发展路径分为走进帮扶型、区域活动型、跨区学习型和自我发展型等四种类型,对新疆喀什地区小学教师在各路径中的效果和频次进行调查发现,自我发展型的效果最好,跨区学习型的效果频次比最高;走进帮扶型的听评课效果最好;区域活动型的校本教研效果最好;跨区学习型的外出集中培训效果最好;自我发展型的搜索网络资源效果最好。各路径的效果和频次在性别、教龄、任教学科和是否担任班主任等方面都存在显著差异。为此,可强化学科带头人机制,提高校本教研的有效性;走进帮扶型专业发展应契合民族地区小学教师实际需求;对教师适当减负,促使教师在区域内和跨区交流中深度参与。Divide the professional development paths of primary school teachers in ethnic regions into four types,which are entering into assistance,regional activity,crossing regional learning,and self-development.Conduct a survey on the effectiveness and frequency of primary school teachers in Kashi,Xinjiang in various development paths.The survey found that self-development has the best effect,while crossing regional learning has the highest ratio of effect to frequency.In the enter into assistance type,the effect of listening to and evaluating classes is the best;In the regional activity type,school-based teaching and research has the best effect;In the cross regional learning type,the effect of centralized training outside is the best;In the self-development type,searching for online resources has the best effect.The study also found significant differences in the professional development of primary school teachers in ethnic minority areas in terms of gender,teaching experience,teaching subjects,and whether they serve as class teachers.Therefore,we can strengthen the discipline leader mechanism and improve the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research;Entering the development of supporting majors should meet the actual needs of primary school teachers in ethnic areas;It can reduce the burden on teachers appropriately and promote teachers’deep participation in regional and cross-regional exchanges.
