摘  要:目的 分析案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合概念图在泌尿科实习生带教中的作用。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月于永州市中心医院泌尿科实习的60名实习生为研究对象。2022年1—12月实施常规教学的30名学生为对照组,2023年1—12月实施CBL联合概念图教学的30名学生为观察组。比较两组考核成绩、教学满意度及综合能力。结果 观察组理论知识、实践操作、病例分析成绩分别为(94.26±2.34)分、(95.16±2.41)分、(94.33±2.51)分,高于对照组的(91.43±2.11)分、(92.73±3.19)分、(92.10±2.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.920、3.329、3.538,P均<0.05)。观察组教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组综合能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 CBL联合概念图教学能够提升泌尿科实习生的自身综合能力,使其深入掌握临床理论知识和实践操作内容,提升教学满意度。Objective To analyze the role of case-based learning(CBL)combined with concept map in the teaching of urology interns.Methods Sixty interns in urology department of Yongzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to De⁃cember 2023 were selected as the research objects.Thirty students who implemented conventional teaching from Janu⁃ary to December 2022 were the control group,and thirty students who implemented CBL combined concept map teach⁃ing from January to December 2023 were the observation group.The assessment results,teaching satisfaction and com⁃prehensive ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation and case analysis in the observation group were 94.26±2.34,95.16±2.41 and 94.33±2.51,respectively,which were higher than 91.43±2.11,92.73±3.19 and 92.10±2.37 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.920,3.329,3.538,all P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability score of the observa⁃tion group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with concept map teaching can improve the comprehensive ability of urology interns,make them master clinical theoretical knowledge and practical operation content,and improve teaching satisfaction.
