摘 要:目的 探究在神经内科临床带教中以问题为导向教学方法 (problem-based learning, PBL)与案例教学法(case-based learning, CBL)联合应用的价值。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年9月于吉林省人民医院神经内科见习的20名医学生作为研究对象。2023年9月—2024年2月10名医学生实施常规教学,设为常规组;2024年3—9月10名医学生实施PBL联合CBL教学,设为研究组。对比两组考核成绩、专业能力评分、对教学效果的满意度评分。结果 研究组理论考核评分为(94.26±1.52)分,高于常规组的(88.69±1.66)分,实践考核评分为(94.25±1.61)分,高于常规组的(89.69±1.58)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.826、6.392,P均<0.05)。研究组专业能力评分、对教学效果满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在神经内科临床带教中,PBL联合CBL教学模式应用效果较好。Objective To explore the value of the joint application of problem-based learning(PBL)method and case-based learning(CBL)method in the clinical teaching of neurology department.Methods The twenty medical students practicing in Neurology Department of Jilin Provincial People's Hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research objects.From September 2023 to February 2024,ten medical students implemented rou⁃tine teaching,set as the conventional group;from March to September 2024,ten medical students implemented PBL and CBL teaching,which was set as the research group.Compare the assessment scores,professional ability and satis⁃faction score on the teaching effect between two groups.Results The theoretical assessment score of the research group was 94.26±1.52,higher than 88.69±1.66 of the conventional group,and the practice assessment score was 94.25±1.61,higher than 89.69±1.58 of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.826,6.392,both P<0.05).The scores of professional ability and satisfaction with teaching effect of the research group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of neurology department,the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teach⁃ing mode is better.
