摘 要:目的 分析以问题为基础教学模式在心血管内科临床带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年8月—2024年7月在长春市中心医院心血管内科见习的48名医学生作为研究对象,根据教学模式不同分为两组,各24名。2022年8月—2023年7月实施常规教学,设为常规组;2023年8月—2024年7月实施以问题为基础教学模式,设为研究组。比较两组医学生岗位胜任力、考核成绩、带教满意度。结果 研究组医学生岗位胜任力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组理论知识考核成绩为(94.11±1.36)分,实践技能考核成绩为(93.86±1.34)分,均高于常规组的(89.65±1.25)分、(88.76±1.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.828、13.584,P均<0.05)。研究组带教满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在心血管内科临床带教中,以问题为基础的教学模式能够提高医学生的岗位胜任力,增强医学生对专业知识和实践技能的掌握度,满足医学生对带教模式的需求,提高带教效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based teaching mode in clinical teaching of cardio⁃vascular internal medicine.Methods From August 2022 to July 2024,forty-eight medical students who practiced in the Department of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine of Changchun Central Hospital were selected as the research ob⁃jects.According to the different teaching modes,they were divided into two groups,twenty-four in each group.From August 2022 to July 2023,routine teaching was implemented and set as routine group;from August 2023 to July 2024,the problem-based teaching mode was implemented and set as the research group.The post competency,assess⁃ment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of medical students were compared.Results The post compe⁃tency scores of medical students in the research group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment and practical skills assess⁃ment in the research group were 94.11±1.36 and 93.86±1.34,which were higher than 89.65±1.25,88.76±1.26 in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(t=11.828,13.584,both P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction scores of the research group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of cardiovascular internal medicine,the problem-based teach⁃ing mode can improve the post competency of medical students,enhance the mastery of professional knowledge and practical skills of medical students,meet the needs of medical students for the teaching mode,and improve the teaching effect.
