“三位一体”大学生应用型创新实践能力培养路径探究

摘  要:为了提升应用型本科院校学生的创新和实践能力,本文基于斯登伯格的创造力理论模型,提出了一种“课堂引导、创新创业训练、自主科研实践”三位一体的培养模式。以北华航天工业学院材料工程学院的经验为例,详细阐述了课堂引导中的新教学模式、双创训练中的具体项目实施以及自主科研中的后续研究指导,并构建了多层次的政策引导机制和多元评价体系,优化了“三位一体”模式的衔接。研究结果表明,该模式不仅能激发学生的创新意识,培养创新思维和科研能力,还能显著提升学生的综合素质,并助力其未来专业发展,对于应用型本科院校创新能力培养具有重要的参考价值。To enhance the innovative and practical abilities of students in applied undergraduate institutions,this paper proposes a trinity cultivation model based on Sternberg's Creativity Theory Model,integrating"classroom guidance,innovation and entrepreneurship training,and independent research practice."This model advances practical classroom teaching by showcasing the cutting-edge technological applications in materials science,effectively stimulating students'innovative awareness;implements research training programs to foster a positive atmosphere of innovation,developing students'multidimensional innovative thinking;and deepens research topics to strengthen students'independent research behaviors,cultivating their personalized innovative capabilities.The research results indicate that this cultivation model can significantly inspire students'innovative spirit,improve their practical innovative abilities,and has achieved remarkable teaching outcomes in actual application.Not only does this model promote the overall quality and innovative abilities of students,but it also provides a practical and feasible path for the cultivation of innovative practice abilities in applied undergraduate institutions,helping universities better train innovative talents that meet societal needs.
