摘 要:目的探讨新医科建设背景下五星教学法在心血管系统整合课程中的应用效果及对学生综合能力的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2021年6月在佳木斯大学临床医学院就读的临床医学专业卓越医师班本科学生60名为研究对象。随机取2019级学生30名为对照组,2020级学生30名为观察组。对照组沿用传统教学模式,观察组采用新医科背景下五星教学法,2组均完成3个月教学,比较2组教学质量、批判性思维能力、综合能力及教学满意度。结果教学结束后,观察组学生的课堂表现[(91.85±4.34)分]、任务完成情况[(90.59±4.18)分]、客观题[(92.31±5.41)分]及主观题[(92.26±5.39)分]得分均高于对照组[(82.37±3.96)分、(83.32±3.47)分、(84.63±4.89)分、(85.21±4.64)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学后2组学生CTDI-CV各维度评分均较教学前提高,观察组CTDI-CV各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在综合能力方面,教学后2组学生综合能力各项评分均较教学前提高,教学后观察组学生综合能力各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新医科建设背景下五星教学法用于心血管系统整合课程教学中可提高教学质量和学生批判性思维,有助于提升学生综合能力及教学满意度,为今后教学方法的改进提供依据。Objective To explore the application effect of five-star teaching method in cardiovascular system integration course under the background of new medical construction and its influence on students'comprehensive ability.Methods A total of 60 undergraduate students of the Outstanding physician class of Clinical medicine majoring in Jiamusi University from September 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.A total of 30 students from grade 2019 were randomly selected as control group and 30 students from grade 2020 were randomly selected as observation group.The control group was taught with the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group was taught with the five-star teaching method under the new medical background.Both groups completed three months of teaching.The teaching quality,critical thinking ability,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the lesson was over,The scores of classroom performance[(91.85±4.34)points],task completion[(90.59±4.18)points],objective questions[(92.31±5.41)points]and subjective questions[(92.26±5.39)points]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(82.37±3.96)points,(83.32±3.47)points,(84.63±4.89)points,(85.21±4.64)points],the difference were statistically significant(P<0.001).After teaching,CTDI-CV scores of the 2 groups were higher than those before teaching,and CTDI-CV scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of comprehensive ability,the scores of comprehensive ability of students in the 2 groups after teaching were improved compared with those before teaching,and the scores of comprehensive ability of students in the observation group after teaching were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of five-star teaching method in the teaching of cardiovascular system integration under the backgrou
