摘  要:在智慧教学的时代背景下,文章探讨在医学检验技术专业实习带教中实施基于智慧技术的以学生为中心分层递进式教学模式的教学效果。在智慧技术的基础上,通过基础阶段、强化阶段和探究创新阶段三层递进,丰富教学资源模式与获取途径,调动实习生的学习积极性,使实习生在实习过程中逐步提升实践技能、科研意识及创新能力,紧跟专业发展的前沿。该教学模式为医学检验技术专业临床实习带教提供积极经验,也可为其他课程的教学模式改革提供参考,应用于更广泛的教育领域,助力培养符合社会发展的高素质医学检验专业人才。In the context of the era of intelligent teaching,this paper explores the teaching effect of implementing the studentcentered hierarchical and progressive teaching mode based on intelligent technology in the practice teaching of medical laboratory technology.On the basis of intelligent technology,through three stages of progressive progress including the foundation stage,the strengthening stage and the exploration and innovation stage,the teaching mode and ways to get resource are enriched,and the learning enthusiasm of interns is mobilized.The interns could gradually improve their practical skills,scientific research awareness and innovation ability in the process of internship,keeping up with the forefront of professional development.This teaching mode provides positive experience for clinical practice teaching of medical laboratory technology major and reference for teaching mode reform of other courses,which can be applied to a wider range of education fields and help train high-quality medical laboratory professionals in line with social development.
