摘　　要：本研究以护理专业学生和教师关于心肺复苏(cardio-pulmonary resuscitation,CPR)训练的需求调研为起点,以快速循环刻意练习理论(rapid cycle deliberate practice,RCDP)为指导,结合文献回顾、团队小组头脑风暴,运用现代信息技术结合高质量硬件设备,构建基于RCDP的CPR智能“自助式”考核站。该考核站的系统主要由两部分构成,硬件主要包含电子门牌,智能治疗车、全方位摄像系统和评分电脑;软件包含管理后台、评分终端和自主预约系统。基于RCDP的CPR智能“自助式”考核站可实现自主预约考试、自主录播、自助考核、云端异步阅卷,打破了传统考核的时空限制,实现了评价的高效性、灵活性、便捷性和公平性,达到了“以考促教”的目的。该考站初步应用结果显示,学生对基于RCDP的CPR智能“自助式”考核站给予了积极的评价,认为该考站具备一定的实用性。This study is grounded in the research conducted on the requirements of nursing students and instructors regarding cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training.Drawing upon the principles of rapid cycle deliberate practice(RCDP),as well as an extensive literature review and collaborative brainstorming sessions,this paper aims to develop a“self-administered”intelligent test station for CPR based on the RCDP.The test station system is primarily comprised of two components.The hardware component consists of electronic door plates,intelligent treatment vehicles,an all-round camera system,and a scoring computer.The software component includes a management background,scoring terminals,and an autonomous reservation system.The“self-administered”intelligent test station for CPR based on the RCDP can realize independent exam reservation,independent recording and broadcasting,self-service assessment and cloud asynchronous marking,breaking the time and space restrictions of traditional assessment,realizing the efficiency,flexibility,convenience and fairness of evaluation,and achieving the purpose of“promoting education by examination”.It makes the assessment of nursing skills more efficient,fast,flexible and fair.The preliminary application results of the test station show that the students have given positive feedback on the“self-administered”intelligent test station for CPR based on the RCDP,noting that it possesses a certain level of practicality.
