摘  要:人才培养质量是衡量数字媒体艺术专业交叉学科水平的关键和核心。该文对江苏省9所本科高校数字媒体艺术专业人才培养方案开展实证研究,发现以下问题:“双师型”师资队伍建设效果不显著、课程群跨度过大或区隔度不高、实践教学理念亟待转型。据此,提出了以“外引”为渠道,着力通过“内培”提升教师实践能力,构建面向产出的课程群联动机制,搭建科教融合、产教融合的实践教学平台等建议,以期为数字媒体艺术专业人才培养提供依据和参考。Talent training quality is the key and core to measure the interdisciplinary level of the digital media art.Through the empirical research on the talent training programs of digital media art in nine undergraduate universities in Jiangsu Province,it is found that the construction effect of dual-qualification teachers is not significant,the span of curriculum groups is too large or the separation of curriculum groups is not high,and the practical teaching concept needs to be transformed urgently.Accordingly,the paper proposes to take“external teachers”as the channel,focus on improving teachers’practical ability through“internal training”,build an output-oriented linkage mechanism for curriculum groups,and build a practical teaching platform integrating science and education,and industry and education,so as to provide basis and reference for the talent training of the digi-tal media art major.
