摘　　要：在国家普惠托育的方针政策下,婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业人才培养必须深化产教融合、校企合作。通过增强校企合作,构建产教融合型企业培育机制,推动人才培养方案的改革完善,拓宽就业岗位类型,培养能适应时代发展的医养教综合型托育人才。Under the national policy of inclusive nursery care,the cultivation of talents majoring in infant and toddler nursery service and management must deepen the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation.By strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,building a cultivation mechanism for enterprises integrating industry and education,promoting the reform and improvement of talent cultivation plans,broadening the types of employment positions,comprehensive nursery talents can be cultivatied..
