摘  要:探究技术时代教师的数字压力如何,从而为推进教育数字化转型、提升技术赋能教师工作效能提供有效的循证依据,该研究基于2122名教师的问卷调查数据,对教师数字压力现状、不同维度教师数字压力差异、教师数字压力的影响因素进行了分析。研究发现,技术时代教师存在着一定的数字压力,技术时代教师数字压力表现为“内升”和“外载”两种形态,教师工作负担显著正向影响数字压力,且工作负担均能通过数字压力间接影响教师行为意向。为此,调适技术时代的教师压力,需要构建教师数字素养提升的保障体系,从加速理论和驯化理论理解教师在教育数字化转型中的作用,推动构建良好的教育数字化生态。该研究结果为理解技术时代教师的数字压力提供了循证依据,也为推动教育数字化转型提供了新的研究视角。In order to explore how teachers’digital stress is in the age of technology,so as to provide an effective evidence-based basis for promoting the digital transformation of education and enhancing the effectiveness of technologically empowered teachers’work,the study analyzes the current situation of teachers’digital stress,the differences in teachers’digital stress in different dimensions,and the influencing factors of teachers’digital stress based on the questionnaire data of 2,122 teachers.The study found that teachers in the technological age have a certain degree of digital pressure,and the digital pressure of teachers in the technological age manifests itself in the form of“inward rising”and“outward loading”,and teachers’workload significantly and positively affects the digital pressure,and the workload can indirectly affect teachers’behavioral intention through the digital pressure.For this reason,to adjust the pressure of teachers in the technology era,it is necessary to build a guarantee system for the improvement of teachers’digital literacy,to understand the role of teachers in the digital transformation of education from the acceleration theory and the domestication theory,and to promote the construction of a good digital ecology of education.The results of this study provide an evidence-based basis for understanding teachers’digital stress in the technology era and a new research perspective for promoting the digital transformation of education.
