摘 要:实现“教会,勤练,常赛”目标,亟需“精专项,会教学”的高水平专项型体育教师。立足加快建设教育强国、体育强国的愿景,对专项型体育师资培养的时代价值、潜在可能、实现路径进行系统分析。研究认为,专项型体育师资对于实现新时代学校体育高质量发展的目标、建设高质量体育教师队伍、推动竞技体育可持续发展、促进全民健身与全民健康深度融合以及继承创新中华体育精神具有重要意义;“双减”政策的出台和体教融合的持续走深、高等体育院校的深厚底蕴和体育传统特色学校的实训资源为专项型体育师资培养提供了有力支撑;做好专项型体育师资培养,要加速“四个转变”,即提高体育教育专业生源质量,强化“一专多能”培养理念,构建多元主体参与的协同培养机制,打造“本-研”贯通的师资培养模式。To achieve the goal of"teaching well,diligent practice,and regular competition",there is an urgent need for high-level specialized physical education teachers who are skilled in both their field and teaching.Based on the vision of accelerating the construction of a strong educational nation and a leading sporting nation,this study systematically analyzes the era value,potential possibilities,and implementation pathways for the cultivation of specialized physical education teachers.The research highlights that the importance of specialized physical education teachers in achieving the goal of high-quality school sports development in the new era,building a high-quality sports teacher workforce,promoting the sustainable development of competitive sports,and integrating national fitness with public health,and inheriting and innovating Chinese sports culture.The implementation of the"double reduction"policy,the continuous advancement of school-sports integration,the strong foundation of higher sports institutions,and the practical training resources from schools with traditional sports characteristics all provide strong support for the cultivation of specialized physical education teachers.To enhance the cultivation of specialized physical education teachers,it is necessary to accelerate the"four transformations,"namely improving the quality of physical education professional student recruitment,strengthening the concept of"one specialization with multiple capabilities,"establishing a collaborative training mechanism involving multiple participants,and also creating a seamless teacher training model from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
