案例导学式教学在妇科临床带教中的教学效果及教学满意度评价

摘  要:目的探究妇科临床带教中应用案例导学式教学的价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月广西医科大学附属武鸣医院妇科90名实习生为研究对象,根据带教方案不同分为对照组、观察组,每组45名,其中对照组以常规方案带教,观察组则以案例导学式教学方案带教。对比带教后出科成绩、教学效果、教学满意度、学习积极主动性、评判性思维能力。结果观察组出科成绩、教学效果、学习积极主动性、评判性思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组教学满意度为97.78%(44/45),高于对照组的82.22%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。结论妇科临床带教中应用案例导学式教学方案既可提高出科成绩,亦可引导实习生积极主动进行学习,继而改善教学效果及实习生对带教的满意度。Objective To explore the value of case-guided teaching in gynecological clinical teaching.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,ninety interns in the Department of Gynecology Wuming Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the different teaching schemes,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with forty-five interns in each group.The control group was taught with the conventional scheme,while the observation group was taught with the case-based learning teaching scheme.The scores,teaching effects,teaching satisfaction,learning initiative and critical thinking ability after teaching were compared.Results The scores of examination results,teaching effect,learning initiative and critical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78%(44/45),which was higher than 82.22%(37/45)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The application of case-guided teaching program in gynecological clinical teaching can not only improve the performance of the department,but also guide the interns to actively learn,and then improve the teaching effect and the interns'satisfaction with the teaching.
