摘  要:完善低设计速度铁路基床结构设计方法对市域(郊)铁路建设具有重要意义。首先调研结合大量实测路基动应力提出200 km/h及以下路基表面动应力取值方法;其次,基于优化动力系数计算路基动应力,按照列车荷载产生的动应力与自重应力之比为0.2的原则确定基床厚度。结果表明:市域(郊)铁路行车速度80~200 km/h时路基动力系数可在1.05~1.35间线性插值,5~80 km/h动力系数取1.05,5 km/h以下动力系数取1.00。与TB 10624—2020《市域(郊)铁路设计规范》相比,对于市域(郊)铁路有砟轨道路基,正线及与正线处于同一路基的配线,设计速度120~160 km/h时基床底层厚度可减小0.13~0.19 m;对于双块式无砟轨道路基,正线及与正线处于同一路基的配线,设计速度120~160 km/h时基床底层厚度可减小0.13~0.24 m,与正线分开设置的配线基床底层厚度可减小0.35 m。Improving the design method for the subgrade structure of low-speed railways is of significant importance for the construction of urban(suburban)railways.Firstly,based on extensive field measurements of subgrade dynamic stress,a method for determining the dynamic stress on the subgrade surface for speeds below 200 km/h was proposed.Secondly,the dynamic stress of the subgrade was calculated based on an optimized dynamic coefficient,and the thickness of the subgrade layer was determined according to the principle that the ratio of dynamic stress induced by train loads to self-weight stress is 0.2.The research results indicate that for urban(suburban)railways with operating speeds of 80~200 km/h,the dynamic coefficient can be linearly interpolated at 1.05~1.35.For speeds 5~80 km/h,the dynamic coefficient is taken as 1.05,and for speeds below 5 km/h,it is taken as 1.00.Compared with the TB 10624—2020 Urban(Suburban)Railway Design Code,for mainlines and tracks sharing the same subgrade with the mainline at design speeds of 120~160 km/h,the thickness of the subgrade bottom layer can be reduced by 0.13~0.19 m.For ballastless track subgrades using double-block sleepers,while mainlines and tracks sharing the same subgrade with the mainline at design speeds of 120~160 km/h,the thickness of the subgrade bottom layer can be reduced by 0.13~0.24 m,while for tracks separated from the mainline,the thickness can be reduced by 0.35 m.
