摘 要:“数智时代”是信息技术快速发展,融合大数据、人工智能、云计算、物联网等新兴技术,深刻影响社会各个领域的时代。地方师范院校作为培养区域教师的关键主体,在数智时代,迎来了教学和管理更加高效、人机协同助益教师创造性工作、新的教学方式提升教学效果、新的技术促进个性化学习的机遇,同时也面临数智化治理能力不足、教师难以适应现代化教学需求、学生数智素养参差不齐、设施设备建设滞后等方面的挑战。本文尝试从构建学校数智化治理体系,提升现代化治理能力;提高教师教育者的数智化素养,建设现代化教师队伍;教育培养和鼓励自学相结合,帮助学生适应数智化学习环境;统筹教育资源,加快推进校园数智化进程等方面提出应对策略。The“Digital Intelligence Era”is a time when rapid advancements in information technology,including emerging technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things,profoundly impact various sectors of society.Local normal universities,as crucial entities for training regional teachers,have ushered in opportunities in the Digital Intelligence Era,including more efficient teaching and management,human-computer collaboration aiding teachers’creative work,new teaching methods enhancing teaching effectiveness,and new technologies promoting personalized learning.However,they also face challenges such as inadequate digital intelligence governance capabilities,teachers struggling to adapt to modern teaching demands,varied digital intelligence literacy among students,and lagging facility and equipment development.This paper proposes countermeasures such as constructing a school’s digital intelligence governance system to enhance modern governance capabilities;improving digital intelligence literacy among teacher educators to build a modern teaching staff;combining educational training with encouragement for self-study to help students adapt to digital intelligence learning environments;and coordinating educational resources to accelerate the digital intelligence process on campus.
