摘  要:重庆市正聚焦“416”科技创新布局和“33618”现代制造业集群体系建设,推动科技创新和产业创新融合发展,实施重点园区、高职院校、企业参与产教联合体全覆盖战略。选择了重庆开设有财经类专业的40所高职院校问卷调研,运用MaxDEA软件,显示绩效均值为0.7075,说明创新教育效果处于中等偏上水平,进而通过Tobit模型回归分析得到院校类型、院校性质、产教融合和学校政策等内在因素对财经类专业创新教育效果有明显的促进作用,但代表外部环境的“经济水平”和“社会支持”的影响效果不突出,从而从校际联盟、专业融通和内外结合等方面提出提升创新教育绩效的相关策略。Chongqing is currently focusing on the "416" scientific and technological innovation layout and the construction of the "33618" modern manufacturing industry cluster system,promoting the integrated development of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation.It is implementing the strategy of industry-education integration involving key parks,higher vocational colleges,and enterprises.This article selects 40 vocational colleges in Chongqing that offer finance and economics majors for questionnaire surveys.Using the MaxDEA software,it is shown that the average performance value is 0.7075,indicating that the effect of innovative education is at a moderately high level.Furthermore,through the regression analysis of the Tobit model,it is found that internal factors such as the type of institution,the nature of the institution,industry-education integration,and school policies have a significant promoting effect on the effect of innovative education.However,the influence of "economic level" and "social support",which represent the external environment,is not prominent.Therefore,relevant strategies for improving the performance of innovative education are proposed from aspects such as intercollegiate alliances,professional integration,and the combination of internal and external factors.
