教育强国背景下我国西部地区应用型高校高质量发展的阻滞因素与推进路径

摘　　要：为推动我国西部地区应用型高校实现高质量发展,增强应用型高校服务地方的支撑力,充分发挥它们在建设教育强国中的生力军作用,针对我国西部地区多所应用型高校发展现状,编制调查问卷并以学校管理者和教师为对象实施调查。结果发现:当前我国西部地区应用型高校存在管理体制有待完善、人才培养目标模糊、师资力量相对薄弱、科学研究水平滞后等高质量发展阻滞因素,难以为地方经济结构调整和产业转型升级提供足够的科技支撑和智力支持。基于此,可采取强化顶层设计、健全管理体制机制,深化产教融合、优化调整课程设置,加强师资培训,建设稳定教师队伍,加大经费投入、营造浓厚学术氛围等举措,以切实推进我国西部地区应用型高校高质量发展。To promote the realization of high-quality development of application-oriented universities in western China,enhance their supportive ability to serve local communities,and fully leverage their role as a vital force in building a leading country in education,a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting university administrators and faculty members on the current development status of multiple application-oriented universities in western China.The results reveal that currently application-oriented universities in western China face blocking factors to high-quality development,including deficiencies in the management system,ambiguous talent cultivation objectives,relatively weak faculty resources,and lagging scientific research capabilities,making it difficult to provide sufficient scientific and intellectual support for local economic restructuring and industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on these findings,measures for effectively promoting the high-quality development of application-oriented universities can be taken,including strengthening top-level design and improving management mechanisms,deepening industry-education integration and optimizing curriculum settings,enhancing faculty development and establishing a stable teaching workforce,and increasing financial investment and fostering a strong academic atmosphere.
