摘  要:在高等教育领域,教师的幸福感不仅关系到个人的职业发展,也是提高教学质量和学生满意度的关键因素。研究结合高绩效团队的5C模型——委任(Commissioning)、明确(Clarifying)、共创(Co-creating)、联结(Connecting)和核心学习(Core Learning)——来分析如何通过团队合作提升教师的幸福感,旨在通过团队内部和外部的互动,促进教师之间的协作与支持,从而提高教师的职业幸福感。In the field of higher education, teachers' happiness not only affects their own professional development, but is also a key factor in improving teaching quality and student satisfaction. This study through team cooperation by combining the 5C model of high-performance teams-Commissioning, Clarifying, Co-creating, Connecting and Core Learning. This paper proposes a series of strategies to promote collaboration and support among teachers through internal and external interactions, thereby improving teachers' professional happiness.
