摘 要:基于56所高水平高职学校的2023年年报,借助NVivo工具系统分析我国高职院校的数字化教学资源建设逻辑。结果表明,高职院校以基础设施为基石,强化技术支撑体系;以建设成果为核心,实现资源多元发展;以共享渠道为纽带,推动资源互联互通;以实际应用为导向,拓展资源使用广度;以保障体系为依托,构筑发展长效机制。与此同时,高职院校数字化教学资源建设也面临一些问题,如资源存量优化与增量建设的结构性矛盾、多平台共存背景下的资源整合难题、应用广度拓展与深度挖掘的实践断层、教师内部动机与外部动机的失衡困境等。鉴于此,要优化数字化教学资源,应当培育高质量文化,实现资源动态更新;强化平台协同,打造智慧教育生态;健全评估机制,提高资源应用水平;完善制度环境,激发教师内驱动力。Based on the 2023 annual reports of 56 high-level higher vocational colleges,this study utilizes NVivo tools to systematically analyze the logic behind digital teaching resource development in China's higher vocational colleges.The results show that these higher vocational colleges take infrastructure as the foundation to strengthen the technical support systems,focus on results as the core to achieve diversified development of resources,use sharing channels as the link to expand interconnectivity of resources,adopt an application-oriented approach to enhance resource utilization,and rely on the guarantee system to build a long-term development mechanism.Meanwhile,the digital teaching resource development in higher vocational colleges also faces some challenges,such as the structural contradictions between resource stock optimization and incremental construction,the difficulty in resource integration under the background of the coexistence of multiple platforms,the gaps between the application breadth expansion and the in-depth exploration,and the imbalances between teachers'intrinsic and extrinsic motivations.In view of this,to optimize digital teaching resources,higher vocational colleges should cultivate a high-quality digital culture to realize the dynamic update of resources,strengthen platform collaboration to create a smart education ecosystem,improve the evaluation mechanism to enhance the resource application,and perfect the institutional environment to stimulate teachers'intrinsic motivation.
