摘 要:推进教育数字化是在党的二十大报告中提出的重要战略,也是建设教育强国的关键举措。从理论层面看,对教育数字化基本内涵的阐述可以从其构成要素展开,其本质是现代教育以信息技术为媒介逐渐实现现代化与智能化的过程。为有效推进教育数字化战略的实施,我国推出了一系列相关政策,并设置了教育数字化转型试点。从动力来源看,推进教育数字化依赖于第四次教育革命的兴起与深化、人工智能技术对传统教育与学习模式的变革以及在线学习(E-Learning)对教育发展的革新。在发展路径选择上,推进教育数字化应实现技术与教育的双向融合,重塑教育与学习的逻辑关系,促进优质数字教育资源的合理配置,满足教育领域权利保障的全新诉求。Promoting the digitalization of education is an important strategy put forward in the re⁃port of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and also a key initiative for build⁃ing a strong educational country.From the theoretical level,the elaboration of the basic connotation of the digitalization of education can be developed from its constituent elements,the essence of which is the process of modern education gradually realizing modernization and intelligence with in⁃formation technology as the medium.To effectively promote the implementation of the strategy of digitalization of education,China has launched a series of relevant policies and set up pilot projects for the digital transformation of education.In terms of the source of motivation,the promotion of edu⁃cation digitization relies on the rise and deepening of the fourth education revolution,the transforma⁃tion of traditional education and learning modes by artificial intelligence technology,and the innova⁃tion of education development through E⁃Learning.In the choice of development path,the promotion of education digitization should pay attention to the two⁃way integration of technology and education,reshape the logical relationship between education and learning,and strive to realize the rational allo⁃cation of digital education resources to meet the brand⁃new demands of rights protection.
