摘　　要：革命老区承载着丰富的红色历史和革命精神,革命老区高校在传承红色基因培养时代新人方面有独特的优势。多元文化和不良社会思潮的冲击、红色基因教育资源挖掘和整合不足、教育方式方法相对单一、校园文化建设中红色基因融入不够等,使革命老区高校在传承红色基因时面临挑战。革命老区高校应强化思想政治教育,深入挖掘和整合红色教育资源,创新红色基因教育方式方法,加强校园文化建设,以培养能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。Revolutionary old areas carry rich red history and revolutionary spirit,and universities in revolutionary old areas have unique advantages in inheriting the red gene and cultivating new generations of the times.The impact of multiculturalism and negative social trends,insufficient exploration and integration of red gene education resources,relatively single educational methods,and insufficient integration of red genes in campus cultural construction pose challenges for universities in revolutionary old areas in inheriting red genes.Universities in revolutionary old areas should strengthen ideological and political education,deeply explore and integrate red education resources,innovate red gene education methods,strengthen campus culture construction,in order to cultivate new era talents who can shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
