摘 要:开展高职医学影像技术专业校企合作实践教学质量评价,有利于深化教学与临床实践的有机融合,健全人才培养质量保障体系,激发学生参与实践教学的内生动力,促进校企合作向纵深发展。针对目前评价工作中存在的多元主体协同难度大、评价指标针对性不强、定性定量评价方法有待优化、结果反馈运用机制不畅等问题,应坚持目标导向、多元主体参与、过程导向与持续改进等基本原则,构建校企共同体深化协同评价机制,对标认证标准优化指标体系,创新评价工具提升科学性,注重发展性功能推进教学改革,以提高高职医学影像技术专业的实践教学质量。Conducting a quality evaluation of school enterprise cooperation in the field of medical imaging technology in higher vocational education is beneficial for deepening the organic integration of teaching and clinical practice,improving the quality assurance system for talent cultivation,stimulating students'intrinsic motivation to participate in practical teaching,and promoting the deepening of school enterprise cooperation.In response to the difficulties of multi subject collaboration,weak targeting of evaluation indicators,need for optimization of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods,and poor application mechanism of result feedback in current evaluation work,we should adhere to the basic principles of goal orientation,multi subject participation,process orientation,and continuous improvement,build a school enterprise community to deepen collaborative evaluation,optimize the indicator system for benchmarking certification standards,innovate evaluation tools to enhance scientificity,focus on developmental functions to promote teaching reform,and improve the quality of practical teaching in higher vocational medical imaging technology majors.
